MEET THE TEACHERS
STEFANIE BOWN
CO-OWNER/TEACHER
Miss Stefanie has 14 years of teaching experience, the last five of which have been spent teaching preschool in Lehi, UT. She was raised in the northern Utah town of Brigham City where she gained a love of working with young children while helping in her mother's preschool and elementary classes. Stefanie attended Utah State University with the original intention of becoming a high school math teacher. However, after working as an elementary school Resource aide, she had a change of heart, switched her major, and graduated with a degree in Special Education (Mild/Moderate Endorsement). Miss Stefanie has a broad array of teaching experience, having taught at three elementary schools, a junior high, and even a high school. She loves teaching children of all ages and is grateful to have a degree that allows such flexibility. In her personal time, Miss Stefanie enjoys warm weather, reading, and going out to dinner and the movies. She is married to Craig and the proud mom to two boys, Benny and Jett. She is beyond excited to start a preschool of her own and can’t wait to get to know her new students!

KRISTEN TANNER
CO-OWNER/TEACHER
Miss Kristen grew up in Portland, Oregon where she developed a love for the ocean, rain, and the great outdoors. Because she’s always been passionate about teaching young children and helping them gain self confidence, she moved to Utah to study Infant and Child Development at Brigham Young University where she graduated with a degree in Marriage, Family, and Human Development. Miss Kristen has 15 years of teaching and childcare experience, including first-hand experience helping children with special needs and developmental delays. She knows from experience that there are many different ways for children to learn, and finds great joy in helping each student discover what works best for them. She loves arts and crafts, music and singing, story time, and exploring nature. She is the mother of four energetic children and one old dog, and is married to her sweetheart Logan. It’s always been her dream to run her own preschool and she’s thrilled to be doing so with her best friend.
